Hi, Tina... Tina... I just wanted to let you know that the cake I ordered for my sister's birthday dinner last Thursday was GREAT! Thanks for everything. It was awesome to have the cake there and waiting and it was one less thing I had to worry about. When the waitress at the Pillars brought it out, my sister was so surprised and she loved the cake. It looked awesome and it fit her perfect! I just wanted to say thanks again, let you know that you did a great job, and that Stephanie loved it! Blessing, Kristin Tina... I would be more than happy to send you pictures. It was more beautiful then I could have even expected! And besides that, EVERYONE was raving over how good it tasted. We had about 90 guests and not one CRUMB of cake left at the end of the night, including the top cake ( I figured I couldn't freeze it and get it back to Cleveland anyways, so I let people eat it.) I have never known of a cake being completely gone after someone's wedding...honest! Thank you so much for everything and as soon as I have a picture to email you, I will. Our neighbors LOVED the birthday cake! I am starting to
plan our little girl's 2nd Birthday party for Saturday, July 12th and
was hoping that you could do the cake for us. I wanted to get
prices on the following cakes. I wish I'd known you last year
because we did the same ONE IS FUN party and this cake is exactly what
I wanted, but the other bakery we used did not do it this way.
That is TOO cute!! We are going to use you from now on! Hey Tinadale.. just got home last night from my trip to Alabama.. the cake was beautiful.. and was a perfect replication of the 'birthday party invite'.. you did an amazing job on the design.. our party was held in the enclosed patio of the restaurant.. the restaurant placed your cake so it could be viewed through the windows by people eating inside the restaurant.. so many people asked 'who did the cake?'.. both guests and 'non-guests'.. and as promised, it was delicious too.. your cake made my sister's 50th extra special. thanks, David

Dear Tinadale, I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful wedding cake you created for our daughter, Jessica, on her wedding day. You truly have a talent given to you by the Lord! Jessica was able to bring the two layers of cake back to England and share it with her mother and Mark's family who were not able to be here on their special day. Her mother asked me to tell you "thank you" from the bottom of her heart. The cake was delicious! Jessica said that it was still moist & delicious when it was served in England. She also said she has frozen her top tier to be able to enjoy the American custom on their first anniversary. Tina, Thank you so much for making and delivering my husband's 30th Birthday cake. Everyone loved it! There were certain people who had a favorite and seconds and a bunch of people who had to try all 4 [flavors]. BUT... the red velvet was GONE in a couple of minutes. Please thank your husband for me as well for designing it and incorporating the invitation on there. The only bad side is that there weren't any leftovers to take home and eat the next day =) ... Tina............. Just got back from our honeymoon............And we want you to know how many people at the wedding (and after!) raved about the cake!! First of all, it was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly like the picture....not similar, but exactly like it!!! And it was scrumptious....very moist and delicious! Everyone there had something wonderful to say about the flavor. Hello Tina, You are making a cake for my June 9th wedding. I'm soo glad I reserved my date before you got all booked up. The reason why I am writing to you is that I admire your business. I have always aspired to be a some kind of baker and would like to learn the trade. I have been going back and forth on whether I should write to you or not, but just decided what do I have to lose. I was wondering if you could teach me anything at all about cakes, pastries, cookies, and designing. I am not asking for your recipes, just to learn the skills. I love baking and I watch all the shows on the Food channel. I would be happy to pay you for classes but I probably can't afford much. I was thinking of more like shadowing or assisting you with help. If this is not an option for you, just think of this email as a compliment.
